The Hound Foundation presents a photo montage in memory of California Highway Patrol Officer, Justin McGrory. He was hit and killed by Rafael Garcia, a stoned driver, who thought it was safer for him to drive because his buddies were also drunk. Justin’s fatal accident underscores the dangers of using pot and then driving. Just as alcohol and driving don’t mix – marijuana and driving don’t mix either.
